In order for us to continue providing the service we do, we ask you kindly read and follow the terms and conditions when booking with The Clean Guys - Car Care.

- The vehicle must be parked in a safe place, for example away from busy roads and not blocking pedestrians or vehicles. (We will not begin work on any vehicle parked in an unsafe location)

- Vehicles that are heavily soiled with dog hair, mud, vomit or blood etc will incur an additional charge. Please send us photos if this is the case and we will do our best to give you an accurate estimate. 

- In the unlikely event we cancel your booking due to weather, accidents or technical difficulties we will rearrange your booking within 14 days or refund your deposit.

- You will be reminded to read these terms and conditions upon booking. Any person booking with The Clean Guys - Car Care agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions.
